I have my own wishlist forthe Budget 2009-10 and reason for this list are these areas are neglected for so many years and every year i feel this could have been implemented , Hence these wishes shall be forwarded to the Finance minister by BUSINESSLINE

 

 

On Social front

 

The Government hospitals across the country should be restructured with modern facilities so that all the poor and needy shall avail the the medical treatments at affordable cost .A pilot project shall be done with tier 2 cities with co ordination of state govt

 

The CBSE sylabus education  institutions should be given more importance with this budget so that all the migrant population will have more easy access to this pattern of education. It is very few in states like tamilnadu.

 

on Industrial front

 

The excise duty for construction steel ( TMT) bars should be removed . This will help the industry in many ways.

 

The SSI slab should be increased 5 crores to promote the small and micro industrial sector.

 

The internal shipping cargo traffic shall be promoted between mumbai , cochin , chennai , calcutta and other ports . It has many advantages

 

The import of steel should be made easier . This will help indian producers to have competitive edge with international market.

 

FBT should be abolished

 

The CST should be 1% as it was decided . The GST act should be implemented on time
