(2) All adminsitrative services and Politics to be made voulantary services with notional pay and Perks trating them as patriatic service by the have for the sake of have nots. e.g Nandan Nilakhani voulantering Govt Department to do something after having experienced all the glitters of the world.
All the ministers must give oppertunities to such patriots in their respective fiuelds for at least next 5-10 years till India is no 1(Uno) in the world.
(3)At least onetime groups of loyal and devoted senior citizens who volunteer but were involved in certain projects and allocations must crtically study the reasons for the failure of the unfinished agenda of all the 5 year plans till date and also the great projects like connecting Rurtal to Urban connectivity interms of Road communications inclusiveness and also the dream projects of connecting the rivers across for solving India`s food for all shelter for all emloyent for all educaion for all and inclusiveness for the opressed Reservationists and Minorities BPLs in the true spirits of SARVAJANA HITHAYA SARVAJANA SUKHAYA.
