Every Citizen in the country should directly involve in the growth of the country. It is possible only by reducing the fiscal deficit, as well as input cost, writing off 67000 cr on agri loan would have to be converted into bad loan. The real beneficiaries are not farmers, similarly fertilizer subsidy did not reach poor farmers. The beneficiaries are proxy poor farmers. Agri loan is to be granted based on surety only.
In order to avoid poor farmers not getting the benefits sanctioned by the government . agri loan and subsidy on fertilizers should be extended only to poor farmers to be identified. Otherwise subsidy on fertilizers may be abolished and fair price is to be fixed at the time of harvest taking into account, cost of fertilizers, expenses incurred, marginal profit etc. by a group of committees of each state.
Service Tax is to be abolished completely or reduced substantially which will definitely increase the growth, by reducing the input cost. In order to compensate , a NEW MANDATORY INCOME TAX can be levied to all salaried employees of organized/unorganized sectors at a amount of Re.1/ per day (RS.365 PA), irrespective of their income bracket of above Rs.1.5 Lacs ( being raised) taxes if any can be adjusted. Others need not be filled return.
Rent on telephone is being charged at Rs.360/- bimonthly for which service tax at 12% is also charged for NOYT scheme . For several years rent on instrument was paid over Rs.10,000/- rental is still is charged which needs to be scraped. Now the instrument is owned by the subscribers the question of rental on instrument is unfair.
