Budget Wishlist

Sir,
I append below the wishlist on a  very important topic
 i.e. FINANCIAL INCLUSION

Financial Inclusion is gaining importance day by day.IT IS OUR DUTY TO HELP POOR AND VULNERABLE SECTIONS OF SOCIETY TO ENJOY GAINS OF REFORMS.Hence, the Government should give flip to this activity.Banks should help poor people to open Savings accounts and No Frill accounts   with comparative ease.In order to cover every Indian citizen,Banks may open SPECIALISED MICRO FINANCE BRANCHES which will cater to credit and deposit requirements of these people only.Special targets be fixed for these branches and progress be monitored at the highest level of the Government as frequently as possible . This will ensure qualitative as well as quantitative compliance.

In addition, the Government can establish a Bank on the lines of Bangladesh Gramin Bank by merging all Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).The Bank may be headed by a person having zeal to help the poor.
