dear sir,   My suggestion for this budget is:-               Through India lot of money being blocked as black money. to bring this money for ciruculation goverment should release a circular that " If the person is willing to start a firm or industry by giving more than 2000 job oppurtunites need not show the source of income" This will help the govermnt to get more tax and make the unemployment problem in control.so if this money comes in circulation government will get more tax from that business.so this makes that dead money into active.   regards,   Vinoth Joseph F
