wish for budget 2009

Hi this is mahaboobeig vakil, than my wish to add some benefits to students, formers, unemployees, stayfund to graduates,

    for students lend money in low rate of interest and increase instolments and time to paid the loan, and conduct job fairs for unemployees, and introduce new schems for the graduates......i hope my wish wil come in to picture..
