Dear Finance Minister, Here are some suggestions for the upcoming budget 2009.   HUMBLE SUGGESTIONS FOR THE BUDGET 2009 1.      Linkage of the Indian Rivers. 2.       Reforestation. 3.       Check Dams for saving every drop of water resource. 4.       Tax Holidays for the renewable energy resources. 5.       Tax Holidays and incentives for the solar power generators and implementers. 6.       Encourage Agriculture. 7.       Encourage Electrification of Railways and metros to reduce pollution. 8.       Raising National development Youth Army to undertake big agricultural infrastructure projects. 9.       Reduce the number of government staff at the central and state wise. 10.   Limiting subsidies to the below to poverty line people 11.   Utilizing the foreign exchange to procure crude, base metal at competitive rates and supply to the industry so that Indian goods become the most competitive one in the Global Market. 12.   Encourage private players to construct huge storage facility.
