· Also for the logistics industry: "There are some urgent issues concerning the logistics sector, that needs to be addressed by the government on priority basis. Firstly, government has not recognized logistics as a separate industry, this will not only develop the industry further but also accelerate it's progress. The logistics industry in India is highly fragmented, government should emphasize on modernization and IT adoption. Creating policies and set guidelines for this would provide the required traction to the industry's growth. Also, in order to compete with the global counterparts, we need to be have the readiness for being at par with the global standard."
