tds on professional

Dear Sir/ Madam I am Actt in small company my co ded.tds on prof @10.3% is too much for prof  between 18k p.a .pls cover only those prof like advocate,doctor ,co.sec.c.a.etc.and rest those earnings between 2.5 p.y.keep under 2.266%.i am highly oblige if you send my request to fin.minister.   Warm Regards.   Bharat Barot.
