Recovery of Arrears need attention by FM

The FM must have to give due attention to recover the Arrears og direct and indirect taxes which are now locked in appeals beforreeCommissioners /Tribunals.Necessary amendments for disposing of high demand appeals having demand more than 10Lakhs and more be disposed off within 6 months from their institution. The FM have to manage fiscal deficit which is very large at thi time therefore the complete exemption of long-term Capital gain tax on sale shares requires to be withdrawn and be  taxed as short term method.To give the relief the FBT on partnership firms requires to be withdrawn and in the case of Companies it requires tgo be reduced to 20% insted of 30% . The farmers who pay their loans timely be given relief of 50% interest charged on their loans
