you may be aware that Small Scale & Micro Industries are the backbone of Indian  Industry.
Their contribution is :

 

n Employ 41 million People
n Number - 13 million MSMEs
n Give 45% of Industrial Production |
n Account for 40%+ of Exports
n Contribute 8% to GDP

At this juncture, it is imperative to safeguard the existenace of MSEs which are at present under the iron hands of the severe Economic Recession.
