Interest on existing and new Education loan to be reduced-Regarding

Dear concerned,

 

This mail is a request to reduce the Interest on Education loan offered in most Banks.

 

At present, Banks are offering Education Loans at 11%  -12 % interest, which is very high compared to interest on housing loans and interests offered for deposits. Moreover, the interest on Education loan is fixed and not floating (like housing loan's interest).

 

Therefore I request the finance minister to consider this mail, for the reduction of interest on education loan, as well as make it floating type for thee welfare of the nation's and Indian education.
