(!) Re introduction of Standard deductions to a level of reasonable fairness as the business communities book all their sundry expenditures in the form of business related travel, Business owned cars depreciation Business owned rental out flow etc and generate huge black money with number of internal assesses and HUF ownerships.
(2) Tax in the nature of TDS where the proceeds has not reached the assessed but the govt directly and got properly accounted, Just like we get the exemption of the professional tax from the purview of Income tax the Income tax deducted at source in the previous year with proof shall qualify for deduction from the income of the assessment year as this money never reaches the assessed AND enhances the GDP in view of proper accounting as TDS at source.
(3)There should not be exemptions for the out goes from any business with in the HUF or the promoters family owned concerns or to that matter even to the sleeping partners who are not contributing to the business claiming exemptions of all sorts applicable to the personal tax as these are drains on the GDP.
(4) New pension scheme must be pramoted with better exemptions and the Unique ID card in place of the PAN should be linked to all the transactions and frequent verifications of this card at all agencies to catch the culprits of perpatrators of misuse of the system by the IT evadors and their consultants including the CAs and CFAs should be disqualified for a period depending on loss to the exchequer.
(5) Subsidy misuser,Non performing asset creators of Banks,Faulty contractors,Corrupt officials, etc. Must be made to work for the country by undergoing rigourous physical labour on the connected projecs pamoted by the Govt.
(6) BPL persons must registger for the NREGEP and compulsorily available for the work else they ae not eligible for the subsidiced benefits etc. They caqn be even recruited for the army road building etc as well as the Nation building. Accountability for all the failures must be visible.
