Tax relief to salary class and Employment generation

Sir,

I suggest the following points for active consideration in the proposed budget:-

1.To reintroduce standard deduction.The limit should be at least Rs.50,000.

2.To increase the limit of concession of Rs.1 Lakh under 80(c) to at
least Rs.1.5 Lakhs

3.Tax exemption limit of ladies employees to be enhanced to Rs.2.5
Lakhs from present ceiling of Rs,1.8 Lakhs

4.Senior citizens should also be given adequate relief from the
present level considering the market scenario.

5.Rate of tax should be uniform upto limit of Rs.8 Lakhs.

6.To open more avenues for augmenting employment generation in the
country in general with particular referrence to educated youth.

7.To take effective steps for the all round development of
infrastructure in the country.
