Budget Expectations

Greetings!!

At present India is doing better in these difficult situations of Economic slowdown.
I know India is advancing in many fields like Atomic research, Space technology, Tele-communication ……

But it might take many more years for mother India to provide social security to all her offspring's. Since she has a very large no: to feed, I would like to put forward some of my thoughts which is attainable even today.

1. A Tax payer should be given some protection… He worked hard and contributed to the betterment of the Country… Now if he becomes bankrupt he should be made eligible to get a % of the amount he paid as tax on a monthly basis till he recovers.
2. Government being the biggest organization stable than any Private/Public companies should set up government run shelters to take care of the mentally retarded. I've seen many parents biggest worry about there mentally retarded children's future in there absence…. The fear is valid because the parents cannot live longer than there children….If government takes care of all those children irrespective of class, gender, religion etc… it will be a great relief to there parents… Government just needs to manage the whole initiative… I believe the funds for it could be easily collected as donations….
