"Infrastructure is the back bone of every economy. To revitalize the economy, Govt needs to add stimuli in such a way that the result is impactful to the society at large. Since there is a perennial shortage of housing for the country men, Govt must take positive steps to bring down the input costs, so that real estate promoters would start offering large number of affordable housing. Since Govt cannot fund this sector, they need to allow funding by relaxing various norms".
