1. Uniform rate of Excise Duty on Cement levied
2. Abatement on Excise duty levied on MRP basis
3. Alignment of VAT in line with steel
4. Royalty on limestone in line with iron ore
5. VAT or Cenvat credit on limestone royalty and duty / cess on indegenous coal
6. Zero import duty on coal, Pet Coke, Gypsum and other inputs
7. Restoration of import duty on cement
8. Supply of fly ash to cement industry free of cost
9. Waste heat recovery to be treated at par with Renewable Energy
